The move you need to challenge your obliques

I wanted to bring you a new move of the day to add to your exercise routine. Again, it's something easy that you can do anywhere. This move engages your core and balance while challenging your side obliques. This is my first experience with Lululemon and I had to size up in everything, FYI. I got the shorts in a size 8, which definitely made them bigger on me but I prefer my shorts to be loose when I work out (as long as they don't fall off, obviously). I loved the soft color palette and pretty print. Who says you can't be feminine when you workout?

Side Balance Chop
Balance on your hip while supporting your upper body with your arm. Make sure to keep your neck long and keep space between your shoulder and your ear. Start with your legs a few inches off the ground and bring your hand and your legs towards each other. I do 2 sets of 10 on each side.
