Look we love: BCBG's embroidered blazer

​Dressing for the office in summer is always a challenge, but we're kind of obsessed with this look -- a cool embroidered blazer (by BCBG Max Azria, no less), paired with leather jeans (or shorts, since it's so hot outside!), and a simple striped tee.
