'Bachelor' Sean and Catherine plan their 'I Do's' and tell us everything!
Tonight, America's favorite couple, Sean Lowe and Catherine Guidice plan on making things official in a lavish wedding in front of their friends, family and an audience of millions watching from home. The LIVE televised wedding will be the first of its kind for ABC and we got a sneak peek from the future bride and groom themselves.
"It's going to be very us," said Sean. "We are both so playful with each other and there will be fun, quirky elements in the entire night." Celebrity wedding designer Mindy Weiss, who previously planned former Bachelorette Ashley & JP's wedding has thought of everything. "Mindy is a creative genius. She and I sat down and we talked about what I wanted, I gave her some background on Sean and I and she took all of that and really ran with it," described Catherine. The wedding will feature whimsical lighting and indoor seating outdoors along with gorgeous flowers. When we asked Catherine if she had any major NO's for the big day, her only response was 'I didn't want red roses.' We figure she received plenty of single red roses while on the Bachelor meeting her future husband!
We were dying to ask the bride-to-be about the most important part, her wedding dress. "I want to look like an Italian Victoria's Secret model. I want to be classy and sexy all at the same time. I'm wearing a gorgeous Monique L'Hillier dress and I even got to meet her and work with her on what I wanted, which was a dream come true," explained Catherine.
While they wouldn't give away much about the honeymoon, they would tell us that it will be somewhere romantic and tropical. "Sean was in charge of the honeymoon," explained Catherine. "Since I worked so closely with Mindy, I wanted to make sure he had his say on this important part of the experience." Sean quickly added, "This is the start of our lives together without the cameras and we are just thrilled to be together and happy."
Sean and Catherine's live nuptials air tonight, Sunday, January 26 on ABC -- and don't forget the tissues!
