Reacher Season 3 Renewal Announced by Alan Ritchson in BTS Video — Plus, Get a Season 2 Sneak Peek

Prime Video has big/swole plans for Reacher.

In the video above, which premiered today at the CCXP fan event in São Paulo, Brazil, series star Alan Ritchson appears on the Season 3 set of the action-packed adaptation to announce… well, that Season 3 has been ordered!

Ritchson then tees up a sneak peek from Season 2, which will premiere Friday, Dec. 15 with its first three episodes, followed by weekly drops through Jan. 19, 2024.

Based on Bad Luck and Trouble, the 11th book in Lee Child’s series of Jack Reacher novels, Season 2 begins with the titular veteran military police investigator receiving a coded message saying that the members of his former U.S. Army unit are being mysteriously and brutally murdered, one by one.

Pulled from his drifter lifestyle, Reacher reunites and investigates with three of his former teammates: Frances Neagley (played by Season 1 returnee Maria Sten); Karla Dixon (Coroner‘s Serinda Swan), a forensic accountant for whom Reacher has long had a soft spot; and switchblade-wielding family man David O’Donnell (Outer Range‘s Shaun Sipos).
