The Seahawks will host the Eagles in this pivotal NFC matchup at 8:15 p.m., from Lumen Field in Seattle.

Weekend weather starts with near-perfect conditions before deteriorating

Ray Martin, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, said it is a near certainty that it will rain the second half of the weekend and early Monday.

"Right now, most of the weekend looks okay, at least through Sunday morning," Martin said. "But by Sunday afternoon, it really begins to go downhill. We are basically guaranteeing that it's going to be wet by that time."

Here is the full forecast for Bucks County through the weekend:

More about the Seahawks and Eagles on Sunday Night Football

The Seahawks-Eagles matchup will be broadcast on ABC and ESPN.

Sunday's game marks the first time a Monday Night Football game will be flexed, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter. The league can move games in and out of Monday Night Football anytime between Weeks 12 through 17.

This season is the first in which the NFL has provided this option.

Previously, the flex scheduling was reserved for NBC's "Sunday Night Football" when late-season showdowns lost their luster. The game originally scheduled for Dec. 18 was Kansas City Chiefs vs. New England Patriots. The Eagles (10-3) vs. Seattle (6-7) should have major playoff implications.
