Queen Camilla Says Kate Middleton Is 'Thrilled' by Messages of Support Amid Cancer Battle
Kate Middleton is feeling the love in the wake of her recent cancer news. The 42-year-old Princess of Wales revealed last week that she was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and has begun chemotherapy treatment.
On Wednesday, Queen Camilla, the wife of King Charles III, was visiting a farmers' market as part of an official royal event in Shrewsbury, England, when she encountered two young well-wishers who made hand-drawn posters for Kate.
One poster with hearts and flowers drawn on it read, "Send our love to Kate, hi, Camilla."
The 76-year-old queen told the young fans that Kate "will be very thrilled" to receive the signs.

Vowing to "send them on to Catherine," Camilla greeted 10-year-old Harriet and 6-year-old Lois, thanking them for their artwork, and saying, "I'll make sure she knows they've come from you."
Camilla is one of the few senior royals still attending official duties as both Kate and King Charles III are receiving medical treatment for their cancer diagnoses.

Kate shared her news last Friday in a personal video message, calling the diagnosis a "huge shock," and noting that she kept her condition private for the sake of her and Prince William's three children -- Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.
The royal family received an outpouring of love and support in the wake of the news.
In a statement to ET, a Kensington Palace spokesperson said over the weekend, "The Prince and Princess are both enormously touched by the kind messages from people here in the UK, across the Commonwealth and around the world in response to Her Royal Highness’ message."
