The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department, between Oct. 10 and Nov. 3

Oct. 11

Zanesville High School, 1701 Blue Ave., Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed live cockroaches in the kitchen by a milk cooler.

Oct. 13

China Max, 3575 Maple Ave., Raw eggs stored above ready to eat foods. Cardboard box used to store ready to eat chicken; chicken discarded during inspection.

Oct. 16GP mart, 9765 West Pike, No date markings on ready to eat foods.

Oct. 17

El Parian, 145 N. Maysville Ave., Raw beef stored above ready to eat foods.

Oct. 18

Warehouse Dresden, 815 High St., Dresden, Presence of live roaches in dish area and hallway. Facility voluntarily closed and must remain closed until a reinspection.

Save A Lot, 2772 Maysville Pike, Raw beef stored above ready to eat foods.

Oct. 19

Continuing Healthcare Beckett House, 1280 Friendship Drive, New Concord, Sliced tomatoes not properly date marked.

Moose Lodge, 3500 West Pike, Ready to eat, temperature controlled foods not properly date marked.

Eagles Club, 1275 E. Market St., Mold build up in ice machine.

Oct. 23

Riesbeck, 2200 June Parkway, Raw chicken stored above pork. Bottlerof glass cleaner not properly labeled.

Oct. 25

Zemba Bros., 2497 East Pike, Mop sink hose did not have a backflow prevention device.
