Ingredients for Justin Bieber's Favorite Smoothie

Whether you’re planning to actually make a smoothie for your favorite person or just taste one for yourself, the ingredients are surprisingly not too complicated. You’ll need some ice, blueberries, raspberries, a banana, some almond milk and then an organic vanilla protein and an Orgain-brand organic vanilla shake.

How to Make Justin Bieber's Favorite Smoothie

Playing music is not a required part of the process, but what fun is making Justin Bieber’s favorite smoothie without playing your favorite hit from Justin Bieber? I’m personally a huge fan of the 2015 Purpose album, but while whipping up this recipe, I threw on some “Baby” as it seemed more fitting for smoothie making.

Now that your soundtrack to sorted, it's time to start blending. While Justin's wife Hailey doesn't specify the measurements for each ingredient, it's pretty easy to eyeball and adjust to your liking. Start by adding some ice to your blender, pour in some almond milk and add a scoop of protein powder. You'll then add in the the fruit before topping it all off with some of the vanilla shake. Blend until everything is nice and smooth, then pour into your favorite glass. You can now sit back and enjoy your delicious smoothie or take it to-go and continue jamming to J.B. on the way to work like I did.

What I Thought of the Justin Beiber Smoothie

The smoothie was pretty good! I’m more of a green smoothie guy myself, but I did enjoy this one as part of my breakfast. It wasn’t overly sweet or overly fruity, but instead delivered a delicious balance. I found that the combination of fruits paired nicely with the vanilla protein shake, and neither were too overpowering. I’d definitely make this again.

A Tip for Making the Justin Beiber Smoothie

Sub out ingredients as needed. The one thing I love about smoothies is that they are easy to customize. So while this particular combination is a favorite of Justin Bieber, don't be afraid to sub out where needed. I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but for an even sweeter smoothie, you may want to consider using a sweetened version. For me, the level of sweetness was perfect, but if I were making it for someone else, I’d try to go a little sweeter.
