Property Transfers: Former church property near Savannah Quarters sells for $2.425 million

Savannah Presbytery, Inc. has sold the 13.72-acre Christ Presbyterian Church campus on Quacco Road to Pooler One Investments LLC for $2.425 million. Pooler One is a limited liability commercial development corporation owned by Yash Desai, the COO of Stature Investments, which operates numerous businesses in Chatham County, including convenience stores, car washes, offices and hotels.

The property contains the 3,286-square-foot sanctuary that was envisioned as part of a larger church campus when it was built in 2010.

From the Archives: Christ Presbyterian grows with Pooler

According to a Facebook group entitled Friends of Christ Presbyterian in Pooler, the church announced its closure in in July 2022, and held its final service in October that same year.
