Florals for spring aren't necessarily be groundbreaking, but Princess Beatrice proved that they're a seasonal staple for a reason.
In two recent appearances, Princess Beatrice opted for bright patterned dresses. First, for a discussion on the future of tech hosted by Spotify, the princess opted to rewear a floral Vampire's Wife dress—one that she previously wore to a garden party at Buckingham Palace back in 2019. (The Vampire's Wife is a brand that is beloved by several British royals, including Kate Middleton.) At the event, Princess Beatrice spoke in her capacity as founder of BY-EQ and Vice President of Partnerships and Strategy at Afiniti.
Then, a week later, Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi attended an event at the Broadwick Soho Hotel celebrating Gabriela Peacock's book 2 Weeks to A Younger You: Secrets to Living Longer & Feeling Fantastic. The princess once again pulled a pink floral dress from her closet—this time from ME+EM, another favorite royal brand.
For both appearances, she wore Jimmy Choo burgundy velvet pumps. Though both of Princess Beatrice's dresses are out of stock, there are plenty of similar options currently available to shop online that feature vibrant floral prints, including from ME+EM:
Layered Violets Print Midi Dress + Belt
Lulani Dress
Abrielle lace-trimmed floral-print crepe mini dress
Fleur Midi Dress in Blossom Hidden Dragon
At numerous royal events last year, including the Royal Ascot and a Big Lunch celebration after her uncle King Charles's coronation, Princess Beatrice turned to floral outfits—could they be her new signature royal style? If so, she would be following in the footsteps of her grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth, who had a lifelong love of floral prints.
