Prince Harry Gives Rare Glimpse of His California Home (and Cowboy Hat Collection) During Diana Award Video

Following the 2024 Diana Legacy Award ceremony, which honors young leaders for their humanitarian work in memory of the late Princess Diana, Prince Harry, 39, made an appearance via video chat to congratulate this year’s award winners. While the Duke of Sussex was all smiles, we couldn’t help but notice the royal spare’s cowboy hat collection displayed on a wall inside his gorgeous California home.

In a video reposted by @QueenRMade on X (formerly Twitter), Prince Harry greeted the group of winners from the comfort of his home, where he resides with his wife, Meghan Markle, 42, and their two children, Archie, 4, and Lilibet, 2.

The Duke of Sussex went on to share how “incredibly proud” his mother would be of their continued efforts to make a change in the world. “My mum would be incredibly proud of all of the work that you’ve done, I'm incredibly proud and thank you for doing everything that you do,” he said.

The royal added, “I’m incredibly proud and thank you for doing everything that you do. I’m sorry I can’t be there. I wish I could be there with you guys.”

For just a few moments, we (and royal fans) were given a rare glimpse into his luxurious California home. Our eyes were instantly drawn to the duke’s cowboy hat collection on display in the living room—and it’s giving off Beyoncé/Cowboy Carter vibes.

During the video chat, Prince Harry also thanked the winners for “protecting my mother’s legacy.” He added with a chuckle, “Enjoy the rest of your evening if that’s what you plan to do. Don’t get in too much trouble if you’re continuing to go on.”

Earlier that evening, Prince William also made an in-person appearance to give a speech to this year’s award recipients. Both royal siblings appeared at the event (during separate times) to honor their late mother on the charity’s 25th anniversary.
