If you have a few million dollars to spend on a home, Fort Worth is not short on options.
Lazy H Ranch is the highest priced home on the market right now at an astonishing $15.9 million. The house is located at 319 Verna Trail Lane, with its own private cul de sac.
The 50-acre property boasts four bedrooms, five baths in a 6,500-square-foot home. Beyond the backyard pool with a waterfall feature and expansive patio, there are stables for horses. Oh, and 50 acres can surely accommodate a few heads of cattle, if the buyer is so inclined.
The next most expensive home is part of the greater Westover Hills neighborhood. This neighborhood is home to 277 homes and about 700 residents. It is located in western Fort Worth, minutes from the Cultural District.
Edward Ranch River Hills is in the Overton Plaza neighborhood in southwest Fort Worth near Clearfork, home to over 40 retail stores, 16 restaurants and four apartment complexes. They have plans to further expand Edward Ranch through two more phases of home development.
A short drive north from Fort Worth, past Fort Worth’s Nature and Refuge Center, Eagle Mountain Lake hosts an array of beautiful waterfront properties. Some of the area’s most expensive homes can be found in the popular Harbour Point and Eagle Mountain Lake areas.
