Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale lands next lead movie role
Pretty Little Liars actress Lucy Hale has landed her next lead movie role, in a film called F**k Marry Kill.
The film features Hale as a true-crime obsessive who is currently dating three guys. She has to work out which one is the f**kboy, which one is future husband material, and which one is an actual serial killer that's known as the Swipe Right Killer and is looking to add her to his list of victims.
The film is another collaboration between Hale, Lionsgate and BuzzFeed Studios, following this summer's Puppy Love with Grant Gustin. Awkwafina is Nora from Queens director Laura Murphy is helming this one.

Lionsgate's senior VP of acquisitions and co-productions, Lauren Bixby, said in a press release (via The Hollywood Reporter): "BuzzFeed Studios are the experts at delivering movies for their audience, and there are few stars like Lucy Hale who can move between comedy and thriller as effortlessly as she does.
"In F*** Marry Kill, she brings those genres together for an incredibly entertaining movie that we’re excited to be bringing to audiences."
"We're excited to continue our mission of delivering fresh, innovative films with our friends at Lionsgate, and we were delighted to team up again with the fantastic Lucy Hale and Virginia Gardner on another hit for young audiences," BuzzFeed executive Alan Reid added.
Lionsgate took the film to the American Film Market last week in order to find a distributor.
Interestingly, a film titled Marry F**k Kill released on Tubi earlier this year, but it hasn't really gotten much attention. Rotten Tomatoes has no score due to a lack of critic reviews, and there's only a handful of reviews on Letterboxd, most of which are really bad.
