OKEMOS ― Colin Walton and Henri Cavalier each secured wins for the Wolves in their CAAC Blue wins over East Lansing. Brennan Walton went 3-for-4 in game one with a double and two RBI and Nik Greborunis tacked on two hits with a double and two RBI for Okemos (6-3, 2-0). Charlie Baker went a combined 3-for-6 through both games for the Trojans.

LAINGSBURG 12, SARANAC 2 / LAINGSBURG 15, SARANAC 5

Elliott Wilsey went 3-for-3 with a double and three RBI and Ty Randall was 3-for-4 with three runs for the Wolfpack in their 12-2 win. Wilsey lead the offense by going 3-for-5 with two runs to help Laingsburg in its CMAC sweep.

WILLIAMSTON 11, LANSING CATHOLIC 1 / WILLIAMSTON 13, LANSING CATHOLIC 0

Aiden Friess had two hits and four RBI in the opener and Brett Palmer had a double and two RBI in the second game while helping the Hornets to a doubleheader sweep of Lansing Catholic (3-3). Palmer tossed a six-inning no-hitter in the second game.

PORTLAND ST. PATRICK 12, PERRY 1 / PORTLAND ST. PATRICK 13, PERRY 3

PORTLAND ― Lucas Simon notched a team-high four hits through both games to help lead the Shamrocks to a pair of CMAC wins over Perry. Charlie Thelen hit in four RBI and Brayden Simon and Simon White each grabbed two hits and two RBI in game two for Portland St. Patrick. Cole Sawyer and Michael Werner each tallied two hits for the Ramblers.

OWOSSO 10, ORTONVILLE BRANDON 9 / OWOSSO 9, ORTONVILLE BRANDON 1

OWOSSO ― Cy Thompson finished with a team-high four hits to lead the Trojans to a pair of Flint Metro League wins over Ortonville Brandon. Eden Ackley picked up two hits in game one and Blake Binger and Owen Ott combined to give up only three hits in game two for Owosso.

SOFTBALL

LAINGSBURG 10, SARANAC 0 / LAINGSBURG 7, SARANAC 0

Savanna Stirm was 2-for-3 with three RBI and Ashley Bila was 3-for-4 with three runs and an RBI in the opening win for the Wolfpack. Bila went 3-for-3 with three runs, Bella Latuszek drove in three runs and Addyson Buchin was 2-for-2 with a double, two walks and two RBI as Laingsburg completed the CMAC sweep.

OWOSSO 22, CORUNNA 0 / OWOSSO 18, CORUNNA 0

CORUNNA ― Hailee Caswell picked up a no-hitter in game one and Bella Harris recorded a victory and eight strikeouts in game two to lead the Trojans to a pair of wins. Reese Thayer had five hits and four RBI and Lexi Hemker and Raya Buggs each contributed three hits each for Owosso.

PORTLAND ST. PATRICK 11, PERRY 0 / PERRY 6, PORTLAND ST. PATRICK 4

PORTLAND ― Tori Sandborn pitched a complete game shutout in game one as the Shamrocks spilt with Perry in a doubleheader. Rylee Scheurer secured five hits with a double and a home run and Tori Sandborn chipped in four RBI for Portland St. Patrick.

PARMA WESTERN 10, EATON RAPIDS 8 / EATON RAPIDS 7, PARMA WESTERN 6

EATON RAPIDS ― Madaelen Putnam notched five hits combined including a home run in game two as the Greyhounds split a doubleheader with Parma Western. Brooke Depeel picked up four total RBI and Ari Brooks drove in two runs for Eaton Rapids.

HANOVER-HORTON 5, LESLIE 1 / HANOVER-HORTON 5, LESLIE 4

Adrianna Fogg led the Blackhawks with four hits during their losses to Hanover-Horton.

GIRLS TENNIS

SEXTON 5, WAVERLY 3

The J-Dubbs swept the doubles matches as they secured a nonleague victory over Waverly.

SWARTZ CREEK 7, OWOSSO 1

Lauren Collard picked up a singles win for the Trojans in a defeat to Swartz Creek.
