PREP ROUNDUP: Cullman knocks off Albertville 73-56 for tournament title
Nov. 22—Sam Duskin spearheaded a quartet of double-digit scorers with 21 points as Cullman took down Albertville 73-56 on Wednesday night to win this year's Coach Mike Dean Turkey Shootout.
The Bearcats, who improved to 7-0 on the season, led at the quarter breaks 20-16, 38-30 and 60-46 en route to registering their 35th straight home victory.
Duskin also secured 12 rebounds for his third consecutive double-double, while Jake Dorough (17 points and seven assists), Evan Wilson (11 points and seven rebounds) and Colton Echols (11 points and four rebounds) also provided solid outings for coach Stu Stuedeman's squad.
Cullman will next compete at Saturday's Light House Classic in Corinth, Miss.
