Portage United Way sets bus tour of social service agencies

United Way of Portage County will host a bus tour of several social service agencies.

Up to 25 "community partners" can attend the tour, which will run 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 17. Participants will depart from the United Way, 999 E. Main St. in Ravenna, and stop at Randolph Suffield Atwater Food Shelf, Townhall II, Miller Community House, Freedom House, Streetsboro Community Pantry and Kent Social Services, where lunch will be provided.

The United Way's Community Impact Committee suggests a donation of $25 to $100 for all those attending.
