One property sold for over $500,000 in Portage County for the week of Nov. 22, 2023.

One property here in Aurora led the way selling with a price of $540,000.

According to Realtor.com, the Aurora home on Lakeland Way was built in 2017 on a .24-acre lot. At 3,452 square feet, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage.

The listing notes that many updates were made to the house, which is a ranch style.

As seen in photos, the open kitchen has high ceilings along with a center island with room for three seats and stainless steel appliances including double ovens and a stove top. The kitchen flows into the living room and sunroom with a wall of windows that look out onto a pond and golf course.

In the front of the home, there's an office space with built-ins and a dining room.

All but one of the bedrooms are also located on the main floor including the owners' suite with an en suite bathroom.
