Pop-up play day bubbles up in Richland

Kristina Nelson, a parent with the home school co-op Classical Conversations, makes bubbles for kids in her group Tuesday during a mini-surprise Pop Up Play Day at Claybell Park in Richland.

The event is part of the Richland park department’s celebration of National Parks and Recreation Month.

A full-scale play day is 9-11 a.m. Thursday, July 20, at the Richland Community Center in Howard Amon Park.
