Police arrest 40-year-old man in fatal southside stabbing

A 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing Friday night on the southside of Indianapolis.

Indianapolis police were dispatched to the 200 block of E. Stephanie Lane just before 8 p.m. They located a man with apparent stab wounds outside an apartment complex. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Damon Wallace Jr. was arrested and has been charged with murder in connection with the stabbing, according to IMPD.
