How busy will Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport be during summer break?

Summer should be consistently busy, although Tuesday and Wednesday are slightly less busy than the rest of the week. Early mornings are the busiest departure times, and afternoons and evenings are the busiest times for arriving flights, said spokesperson Harold Mester.

About 1.7 million arriving and departing passengers are expected to travel through the Milwaukee airport between June and August. That's about a 5% increase from the same period last year, said Mester.
