Pizza Ranch in Lisbon, with a FunZone Arcade, plans to open in July

The opening of Pizza Ranch in Lisbon, which was originally slated to take place in 2023, is now estimated to take place this July, Lisbon Village Administrator Kathy Nickolaus said.

Pizza Ranch will be at Lisbon Business Park East, a part of the village's first TIF district. The district was formed in 2020 and is at Townline Road and Main Street (Highway 74) at the former site of Lied's Nursery. Lied's closed about 14 years ago.

Pizza Ranch will join other new businesses at the business park, including Polyak Trucking & Polyak Logistics, Attitude Dance Company and Kwik Trip.

PepsiCo Beverages North America will be building a 150,000-square-foot warehouse in the park, according to company officials.

Pizza Ranch features its pizza buffet, which includes a salad bar, different kinds of pizza and chicken, according to its website.

It also features desserts, such as eight slices of its big chocolate chip cookie and apple and blueberry dessert pizza.

The location will also have a FunZone Arcade, according to a news release from Pizza Ranch. This will include highly interactive and high-energy games along with some nostalgia games with a redemption area for prizes.

This will be the second Pizza Ranch in Waukesha County. The other is in Waukesha, at 930 Fleetfoot Drive, which opened in 2018.

Pizza Ranch is a chain restaurant that started in 1981 in Hull, Iowa. It has more than 200 restaurants in 15 states, according to its website.

There also is a Pizza Ranch in West Bend.
