Carrie Underwood is gearing up to go on tour, and she just dropped a little BTS sneak peek on Instagram of rehearsals.

“Any guesses on what song I'm rehearsing here?” Carrie, who pointed out that her Denim and Rhinestones tour is just three weeks away, teased, before directing people to her website where they can buy tickets. One sec—BRB…

In the pic, the 39-year-old is totally belting it out while working a sleeveless top and cut-off booty shorts. Carrie accessorized the look with high heeled boots (want) and super-strong legs that’ll leave you wondering what the heck this singer does for leg day.

Seriously, people couldn’t stop talking about her legs in the comments. “LEG ROUTINE GURL,” one wrote. “The legs. The outfit. The boots,” someone else chimed in.

Carrie is no stranger to a good legs moment. There was this one:

And this one:

Carrie has made it very clear that getting a good sweat sesh in is a priority for her. “If I can work out seven days a week—which doesn’t happen, but if I can—I’m going to,” she previously told Women’s Health. “Because the next week, I might get two days.”

Carrie told WH that her trainer Eve Overland is the reason why her legs are so next-level strong. She even shared her leg workout, which features six sets of four moves: tuck jumps, Romanian deadlifts, walking lunges, and elevated sumo squats.

Carrie is also big on running, whether it’s indoors or outside. “I have to set goals for myself: ‘Every 15 minutes I’m going to hit 1.25 miles, then by the end of an hour I’ll have run 5 miles,’ ” she shared.

Carrie tries her hardest to get those workouts in when she’s on the road. Back in 2019, she shared a snapshot of her mobile gym she totes with her on the road, that includes an elliptical, treadmill, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, leg press, and bench. Impressive!

When it comes to her diet, Carrie eats vegetarian, and focuses on healthy ingredients. She even co-wrote a book called Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong With Fit52Life, that breaks down how to find the right nutritional plan for you.

Carrie told WH that her eating is structured, but with some flexibility in the mix. “I love rules,” she said. “This is how I feel good about myself, and this is how I operate.” So, she focuses on aiming to hit macros of 45 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 25 percent protein on a daily basis.

Those legs, though… .
