Burnt Ends of Lynden closed Oct. 30.

The business at 8082 Guide Meridian Road offered barbecued meats and sides. Struggles with labor shortages and product availability were ultimately the reason for closing, according to the business’s announcement.

“We’ve enjoyed cooking great BBQ for all these years and becoming a staple in many homes,” the owners said in the announcement.

The owners said the future of Burnt Ends is not entirely clear but could return in a different form.
