Miley Cyrus has a new single out, "USED TO BE YOUNG,"that’s getting plenty of buzz, and she’s hyping it up big time on social media. The latest promo: An Instagram pic that shows just how strong the 30-year-old rockstar is right now.

The pic is simple (in Miley Cyrus terms, at least): It features the “Used to Be Young” singer in fishnet cropped leggings with high-waisted briefs and a cone bra over top. Miley’s legs, arms, abs—everything—look super sculpted as she poses in the photo.

“USED TO BE YOUNG. OUT NOW,” she wrote in the caption. People were all over it in the comments. “Obsessed,” one wrote, while another said, “OMG 😍 miley is pretty gorgeous.” True all around, folks!

This isn't her first time showing off those epic abs and cool outfit. Miley has shared several pics from that photo shoot online, and they all show the same thing: The singer looking toned all over as she poses her butt off.

Okay, so if all these photos have you wondering what the singer does to get so strong, you're definitely not alone. Women's Health has gathered all the deets on what is this hit-making queen does to tone those abs and legs.

It should come as no surprise, but Miley doesn’t mess around during her workouts. One time, she time she showed off her intense cardio fitness, sharing a video belting out a song while walking at a fast pace on the treadmill. (If you’ve ever tried to sing and do pretty much anything else, you know it’s seriously tough).

But Miley’s main workout is yoga—especially Ashtanga yoga. Miley previously shared on The Tonight Show that she’s in it for the long game, although she’s been told it can take time to nail down moves. “The thing about Ashtanga yoga is that sometimes it can be really uninspiring because the teacher will say, ‘Oh, don’t worry that’s just going to take you 10 years [to get], and you’re like ‘Wait, what?’” she said.

But that doesn’t mean Miley is giving up—far from it. According to Elle Australia , she focuses on her yoga practice for two hours a day, six days a week. Phew!

Pilates—a known body sculpting practice—is also in the mix. In 2019, Miley shared video of herself doing an advanced move that involved her holding her arms and legs in a V shape while her six-pack abs popped out and whew!

Miley will even do wall squats while she sings!

On the food front, Miley used to be vegan, but she ended up introducing fish into her diet after feeling that she wasn’t nourished enough. "Now I'm so much sharper than I was and I think that I was, at one point, pretty malnutritioned,” she told Us Weekly in 2020. “I was running on empty.”
