The Tar Heels held an open practice for the public and media Wednesday ahead of their NCAA Tournament opener at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C.
Coach Hubert Davis and his players all wore smiles during the workout.
No. 1 seeded North Carolina will face No. 16 Wagner Thursday at 2:45 p.m. in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. The two teams are in the West Region.
