Mayfield and the Browns made it to the playoffs for the first time in nearly 20 years in 2020. Cleveland nearly upset Kansas City in the Divisional Round, before ultimately coming up a bit short.
The AFC North franchise has higher expectations in 2021. Mayfield and Co. are looking to make a run at the Super Bowl this year.
Mayfield will have plenty of close friends and family by his side throughout the 2021 season. Back in 2019, the former Oklahoma Sooners quarterback married his then-fiancee, Emily Wilkinson.
The NFL quarterback has been with Wilkinson since he entered the league. The happy couple enjoy a nice life in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mayfield and the Browns are scheduled to open the season on a big stage.
Cleveland will take on Kansas City in a 2020 playoff rematch on Sunday afternoon. Kickoff between the Browns and the Chiefs is scheduled for 4:25 p.m. E.T.
The game will air on CBS.
