The annual Chelsea Flower Show, hosted by the Royal Horticultural Society, is underway on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
According to Buckingham Palace, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show—which is celebrating its 100th year—has "become one of the world’s greatest showcases for horticultural excellence, attracting visitors and exhibitors from across the globe." It's also a staple on the royal calendar, with many members of the royal family stopping by the Chelsea Flower Show to take it in annually.
On the event's opening day, Kate Middleton attended the show to attend the first-ever Children's Picnic in the morning. Later on, King Charles, Queen Camilla, Princess Alexandra, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent all arrived to take in the flowers. The Princess of Wales arrived for the preview day to attend a children's picnic at the Royal Flower Show.
For the occasion, she rewore a pink color block dress and a pair of suede wedges.
She chatted with schoolchildren who were in attendance.
Kate also joined them on a picnic blanket, with what looks like an incredible fruit spread.
The Princess of Wales then took a tour of the flower show, accompanied by students.
King Charles and Queen Camilla arrived in good sprits.
Camilla's floral dress, by Fiona Clare, was very on theme.
She stopped to smell some flowers.
King Charles, himself an avid gardener, looked delighted to be touring the grounds.
King Charles and Queen Camilla speak with newlyweds Manoj Malde and Clive Gillmor, who tied the knot at the Chelsea Flower Show earlier in the day in a garden designed by Malde.
Princess Diana's nieces Amelia Spencer and Eliza Spencer were in attendance on the first day. Amelia opted for a Zimmermann dress, and Eliza chose an Alessandra Rich polka dot dress.

Princess Beatrice (far left) also attended the floral show on the press preview day, alongside her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Her sister, Princess Eugenie, shared a snap on her Instagram stry, calling out Horatio's Garden at the RHS flower show, "a garden specially designed for those who are patients in spinal centers." She added, "I'm such a proud patron of this charity."
Princess Eugenie likely didn't attend because she is due to give birth to her second child soon.
Flora Vesterberg attended with her father, James Ogilvy, and grandmother, Princess Alexandra (not pictured). "A lovely afternoon with my father @ogilvylandscape at @the_rhs Chelsea Flower Show. He’s a wonderful landscape designer and so it was very inspiring to be led around by a knowledgeable horticulturist," she wrote on her Instagram.
Princess Margaret's son, David Armstrong-Jones, 2nd Earl of Snowdon, was also at the flower show.
