Paulina Porizkova is living proof that your birthday suit is all you need to look glamorous.

The model rang in her 58th birthday with a strong photo of herself lying in bed wearing nothing at all. She covered her chest and crotch with a well place white sheet and a stuffed animal. In the shot, Paulina flaunts her super strong core and legs, and best of all, she is totally glowing. Oh, and the model is also rocking her natural gray hair, and I am HERE 👏🏼 FOR 👏🏼 IT 👏🏼 !

“I begin my 58th year with nothing but sunshine and a smile,” Paulina, an Aries queen, captioned the photo. “And the hope that the best is yet to come, and nothing but gratitude for all that has brought me here to the now.”

Paulina’s followers loved the photo and made sure to let her know in the comments. “You’re an inspiration ❤️ happy birthday!!!!! 🎂,” wrote Christina Ricci. Another person wrote: “I like your wit, and your compassion and vulnerability even more.”

“I started exercising to help with my panic attacks and to get off antidepressants,” she told the magazine. “I found out if I worked out every day my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better. So how great is that?”

Paulina is a big fan of Pilates, and swears by the Nofar Method. This exercise plan brings cardio, strength training, and Pilates together in one great workout.

Paulina has also been open about her regular routines, sharing BTS shots of herself lifting weights with impressive form on Instagram. She does strength training when her “wonky hips” are bothering her, she shared in the caption. “I may not be as strong or as supple or as smooth as in my youth, but I am comfortable with my vulnerabilities, conscious of my weaknesses, proud of my strengths - and best of all, have the wisdom to put it all together and delight in the results.”
