Pair arrested after baby dies in hospital
Police have arrested a man and a woman after a baby died unexpectedly.
Officers were called to an address in Buffett Way, Colchester, on Sunday evening by paramedics concerned for the welfare of a baby.
The child died at hospital in the early hours of Monday, Essex Police said.
Two people were arrested in connection with the incident and officers remained undertaking inquiries at the property earlier.
