New outlet store opens in Fayetteville's Cross Creek Mall on Friday

A new store will open Friday in the District of Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville.

Carolina Premium Outlets sells electronics, organic groceries, home decor, beauty products and more, owner Yusef Hamode said.

“We sell a little bit of everything,” said Hamode on Thursday as he hung the "Grand Opening" banner outside the store. “Any age, it doesn’t matter.”

The department store is next to Belk and has no relation to the outlet in Smithfield.

Those who attend the opening Friday will find discounts throughout the store and will have the opportunity to purchase a ticket for a chance to win a big prize, Hamode said.

Hamode said he previously owned a different department store in New York City before relocating to Fayetteville.

"We are trying to make a good addition to the community," he said. "There is no similar business. High customer service, best price, lowest price guaranteed."
