Only Connect's Victoria Coren Mitchell welcomes second child with David Mitchell
Only Connect star Victoria Coren Mitchell and Peep Show's David Mitchell have welcomed their second child.
The pair married in 2012 after first meeting in 2007 at Jonathan Ross' Halloween party. Their first child, Barbara, was born in 2015, with Victoria confirming their second bundle of joy has now been born.
As if coming full circle, she announced their daughter by referencing her latest Halloween costume which she shared to Instagram.
The writer and TV presenter shared a picture of her outfit, which saw her wearing a red cloak covering her face, with the caption "DO FOLLOW ME..."

After being inundated with comments praising the costume, she jokingly added her own comment that the outfit was not, in fact, for Halloween, and that after recently giving birth "nothing currently fits her".
"Many people are assuming this was a Halloween costume. Not at all; last week I had a baby and nothing currently fits me except cloaks. Luckily, Only Connect is a pre-record. Happy All Saints Day!" she wrote, revealing her secret pregnancy and birth.
Their celebrity friends were quick to congratulate their new arrival, including Rachel Riley, Sue Perkins, and Claudia Winkleman.
While the pair kept the pregnancy under wraps, an announcement in The Times newspaper revealed the child's sex and name: "MITCHELL – on 26th October 2023 to Victoria and David, a daughter, June Violet sister to Barbara."

Meanwhile, David recently spoke about the possibility of Peep Show retuning for a special as the sitcom reached a milestone 20 years since it first aired. Unfortunately for fans, the actor shot down any reunion hopes.
"No, we are not organising an event," he said on The Graham Norton Show. "I am very proud of it, but having made it so long ago, it reminds me of my own mortality!"
