Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome. And this week's episode of Survivor 46 proves how truly insane this season is. The first individual Reward Challenge led to Q trying to build bridges with his Yanus, causing Liz to have one of the biggest outbursts we've seen in Survivor history. But though emotions were high, strategy was still at the forefront. And, once again, a smokescreen of an "easy" vote for Q led to yet another shocking blindside.

Who got voted off on Survivor 46 tonight?

Tiffany Nicole Ervin

"Why do you feel that when you get an advantage or an idol that you have to tell somebody?" Tiffany Nicole Ervin asked Parade rhetorically in the preseason. Tiffany used her unfortunate situation on the Yanu tribe to play hard from the beginning, namely finding the first idol of the season. She used the advantage to her advantage, bringing Kenzie and Q in tighter to her as a concrete trio. Unfortunately for the artist, her game splattered like a Jackson Pollock painting in the postmerge. Q outed her idol to everyone else, and a furious Tiffany ended their alliance, dressing him down vowing to never work with him again. And even Kenzie was looking to get rid of her number one, hungry for a resume mood. All of the Yanu chaos set Siga up to sweep in. Maria was looking to get Tiffany's idol out of the game. She brought together the Sigas, a desperate Q, and Liz, who had recently tore into him for not picking her on reward. At Tribal Council, despite openly saying she'd play her idol last time, Tiffany thought a unanimous vote for Q meant she could sit on it for one more round. But that wasn't the case. And as she walked out of Tribal Council, blindsided, she couldn't help but ask the same question she did over 20 days ago.

Were any advantages found or played on Survivor 46 tonight?

No! Tiffany once again chose to not play her idol. This time, however, it ended up being her undoing, as someone was voted out with an idol in pocket for the second episode in a row. That means a new idol will be hidden next episode.
