We've shown you everything from teeny-tiny apartments to ugly home listings to creepy home listings, but these rental listings? They're just so bad that they deserve their own Tumblr page. From leasing out closets (at $1,000/month) to renting out bunk beds (the top bunk going for $600/month and the bottom bunk going for $500/month), these New York City rentals are easily some of the worst examples of real estate we've seen, maybe ever. See for yourself in the gallery below.
The Most Depressing Rentals?
New York's, Maybe America's, Most Depressing Rental Listings
Location: Upper West Side, Manhattan
Description: One bed in shared room with 3 other girls. There are bunk beds. The space is small, but the rent is only $649 per month.
Description: I am looking for someone to move into a large closet space in one of the three bedrooms of my apartment. The bedroom has two closets but there is no need for it so we are looking to sublet it as a living space to a 4th roommate. The closet is about 5 feet wide and 7 feet long. It has no windows and think it would be ideal for a twin size bed and small night stand.
