Ole Miss baseball game against Arkansas State canceled because of weather

Ole Miss baseball's midweek game against Arkansas State has been canceled due to inclement weather, according to a social media post from the Red Wolves' official account.

It will not be made up, an Ole Miss spokesperson said.

It's the second straight week that the Rebels have had weather affect their midweek plans. A home game against Murray State last Tuesday was postponed due to rain. No makeup date for that game has been announced yet.

The Rebels will head to Georgia this weekend for a three-game series beginning Friday (5 p.m., SEC Network+). Ole Miss will be looking to score its second consecutive SEC series victory after beating Mississippi State last weekend for the first time since 2015.
