Offers rolling in for Travis Perry. And the top Kentucky basketball recruiting links.

The scholarship offers have kept on coming for Lyon County basketball star Travis Perry, who emerged earlier this month as a Kentucky Wildcats recruiting target and is being pursued by several high-major schools.

Of course, UK pulled the trigger on an offer Saturday, when Perry and his family were in Lexington for an unofficial visit six days after John Calipari watched him play. Two days after the UK offer, Perry picked up offers from Michigan and Ohio State, the latter of which hosted the 6-foot-2 guard for a Monday visit. Perry’s father told the Herald-Leader that Michigan first reached out last week after Wolverines Coach Juwan Howard saw him play on the same day as Calipari.

And in the few days leading up to his breakout weekend that led to those offers, Perry had amassed new offers from Bradley, Cincinnati, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Purdue and Wake Forest, to go along with earlier offers from Creighton, Mississippi and Western Kentucky.

Rivals.com put Perry at No. 64 nationally in its new 2024 rankings posted Tuesday, and it’s clear that he’s going to be one of the state’s most-coveted recruits in years.
