Odds to make Masters cuts: Will Tiger Woods, LIV Golfers play weekend at Augusta?

There are major golf tournament cut lines, then there’s the Masters cut line.

The Masters has a limited field on the weekend, with just the top 50 players and ties making the cut after the first two rounds. That’s a harder cut line than most PGA Tour events.

The Masters cut line also has prestige: It provides golfers cash and the chance to soak in Augusta National for two more days.

Much focus will be on Tiger Woods making the cut this week, and whether he can physically manage all four days of golf. Woods has not played 72 holes in an official tournament since February 2023.

And what about LIV golfers? Six members of the Saudi-backed upstart league didn’t play the weekend in 2023. There are 13 LIV golfers in this year’s field.

The Masters cut line can be a fascinating list. Major winners Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, Bryson DeChambeau, Bubba Watson, Danny Willett and Sergio Garcia were all cut after two rounds last year.

Here’s a look at the 2024 Masters cut line odds and history.
