NSYNC Tease Reunion With Funny 'Friends' Audio Clip
NSYNC is fueling reunion rumors with a new video.
On the evening of Sept. 13, the boy band's official social media pages shared a clip featuring Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick lip-syncing along to an audio clip from the iconic Friends episode "The One Where Everybody Finds Out."
Timberlake took the role of Joey, asking Fatone, "Do you know something?" Fatone responded with the same question posed on Friends by Rachel. Then, Kirkpatrick, Chasez, and Bass acted out the rest of the scene before pretending to walk off what appeared to be a photoshoot setup.
The caption didn't reveal anything, instead opting for just the "👀" emoji.
With the thought of the comeback getting closer, fans understandably expressed their immense excitement and frustration over NSYNC's tease.
"If there isn’t a reunion after all this build up lorddddd 😭😭 stop playing with our emotions 😩," wrote a fan. Another commented something similar, writing, "Just tell us already please we waited 20 years." Someone else echoed their remarks, commenting, "STOP TEASING US FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND ANNOUNCE THE REUNION TOUR ALREADY."
One fan was concerned that the potential news of a tour would ruin her travel plans, noting, "I can't handle this!! Tell me now before I book my next vacation plz."
NSYNC gave a preview of what's to come with their appearance at this year's VMAs, where they reunited for the first time in 10 years to present the Best Pop Video Music Award, which Taylor Swift won.
