*NSYNC Members Recreate Iconic Throwback Photo in the Midst of Reunion Tour Rumors

The boys of *NSYNC are back and delivering another dose of nostalgia. Only this time, it involves an iconic promo pic.

This week, band members Justin Timberlake, Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick recreated a group picture from a '90s photoshoot and posted it to Instagram. In the reel, which is set to Simple Plan's "I'm Just a Kid," they greet each other briefly before taking their respective positions and striking the exact same poses. They captioned the post, "Who had us pose like that?!"

Naturally, fans took this as a hint that the band might have a reunion tour and couldn't contain their excitement. One fan wrote, "The Plan is Simple boys… REUNION TOUR 2024!" Another wrote, "There better be a tour announcement soon."

The nostalgic post comes just a few days after the boy band reunited on stage at MTV's 2023 VMAs, where they presented the first award of the night.

After Taylor Swift won Best Pop Award, she echoed every *NSYNC fan's sentiment and said, "I had your dolls…Are you doing something? What's gonna happen now? They're gonna do something, and I need to know what it is."

Fortunately, it didn't take long for Swift and the rest of us to find out what that surprise was. That same week, *NSYNC announced that they're releasing a new song called “Better Place” on September 29. It will be included in the soundtrack for the animated movie Trolls Band Together.

This is the first song they've recorded since they released their last album, Celebrity, in 2001. And fans can hear a snippet of the catchy tune in the trailer for Trolls Band Together (see above).

The full song drops on September 29, but in the meantime, we'll be stalking their social media.
