Not guilty plea entered after March crash

Dec. 14—EAU CLAIRE — A man arrested after a three-vehicle crash last March has pleaded not guilty to what prosecutors say was his fifth OWI.

Stephen Fuller, 59, was charged after police responded to the crash at Mercantile Drive and Folsom Street in Eau Claire and were directed to his vehicle. According to the criminal complaint, Fuller admitted to having consumed four or five beers about an hour before the crash.
