"First, I would like to thank God for giving me the ability, talent, and health to play the game I love. Thank you to my family and friends for all the love and support through the years. I want to thank Coach Horn and his staff for believing in me, and giving me a chance when others wouldn't. To my teammates: Thank you for all of the memories and lifelong friendships that were made," Warrick said in his post.

The senior is also maintaining his college eligibility and is entering the transfer portal. He has one year left thanks to a fifth-year waiver given to student-athletes because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Warrick scored 2,246 points in four years at Northern Kentucky, passing former Norse and Newport Central Catholic standout Drew McDonald with a 20-point performance on Feb. 20. He was the 2020-2021 Horizon League Freshman of the Year, was twice named to the all-league second team, and won the league's sportsmanship award while being named to the all-league first team. He scored a career-high 45 points on Nov. 22, 2022 against Tennessee Tech and went viral with a game-winning, buzzer-beating 3-pointer on Jan. 19, 2023 to beat Cleveland State.

The NBA Draft Combine will be held from May 12-19 in Chicago and the draft is June 26-27 in Brooklyn, NY. Warrick is currently not appearing on any mock drafts.

Should he choose to stay in college for one more year, he will certainly attract a host of high-major suitors. He has finished his degree at Northern Kentucky.
