If you’re easily smitten by scent or you’ve taken to creating a WFH setup that looks like a small séance for one, allow me to interrupt your afternoon with some very good news. Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale finally opens up to the public next week on Wednesday, July 28, which means that one of the best (and only) times of the year to find deals on bougie candles is around the corner.

To quickly bring anyone who’s made it this long on god’s green earth without shopping Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale up to speed, the cult-loved sale involves fall fashion and beauty exclusives discounted ahead of season. Prices return to their regular retail value when the sale ends on (*sets reminder*) August 9.

Among the most wild-in-a-good-way deals to covet this year are candles, as the anniversary sale has a handful of exclusive sets from luxe brands that rarely—if ever—go on sale. Take, for example, Malin + Goetz’s votive set, which includes three of the brand’s most popular creations in the woodsy and spicy scent family for only $42 (when one votive alone from the brand normally goes for $20). Diptyque’s set of five travel-size best sellers (including Baies and Figieurs!) is another can’t-miss deal, as each candle comes out to cost only $12.

Those in need of hostess gifts for peak beach house invite season would be wise to peep deals on Jo Malone’s crowd-pleasing lime, basil, and mandarin scent or Nest Fragrances’ cult-favorite grapefruit candle.

For floral-scent lovers, pls note the Late Bloomer Set from all-natural brand Boy Smells, where each votive comes out to only $11.20 a pop. Full-size hand-poured soy candles from Mala the Brand can also be scooped up for more than 30% off. And the list goes on—with chicly packaged offerings from Apotheke, Cancelled Plans, Brooklyn Candle Studio, and (believe it or not) more brands all part of the sale as well.

It’s worth noting that the anniversary sale is notorious for selling out of items (more proof that life is indeed unfair), which means this is definitely not the sale to procrastinate on.
