  • Noah Cyrus hit up Paris Fashion Week and bared it all in an iconic dress.

  • In photos from the event, you can see Noah freeing the nipple like the confident queen she is, with just a chain necklace covering her breasts.

  • Noah hasn't shared much about her health routines, but she's a big mental health advocate.

Now that it's 2023, everyone has a whole, fresh new year ahead of them. And there's no better time than the present to make a bold statement.

Case in point: Noah Cyrus totally freed the nipple this week in a daring, black, full-length Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture gown. Her chest was only covered with a large, chain-link necklace. Of course, it was a serious fashion statement, but it also highlighted how all-over strong and confident Noah is these days.

BTW, Noah, 23, has been taking in lots of shows and sharing all of her looks from each one, including Arturo Obegero, Ludovic de Saint Sernin and Marine Serre.

While Noah hasn't shared a ton about her health and wellness routines recently, she used to love riding horses. In fact, Noah told Teen Vogue that she was even training for the Olympics back in the day. "Right now, I'm really focused on riding horses and competing in shows about once, maybe twice, a month...I want to go to the Olympics for riding and then possibly become a trainer," she said back then.

One thing is clear: Noah has tons of confidence. Plus, this isn't her first time donning a daring outfit. At the 2020 CMT Awards, she rocked a sheer bodysuit that sparked lots of hate from online trolls, to which Noah clapped back on Twitter and reinforced her body positive stance, per Paper magazine. She tweeted, "Honey, your granddaughter will wear that someday", as well as, "My body my choice, b*tch".

And her inner strength really showed again when she opened up to Rolling Stone magazine last summer about how she overcame her addiction to Xanax. At the time, Noah said that she has been in recovery for two years.

“My boyfriend at the time, when I was 18, was the first person that gave me a Xanax and it became a way for us to bond,” she said. “I think I wanted to fit in with him. I wanted to be what he wanted and what he thought was cool and what I thought everybody was doing.”

She went on to share, “I was being helped by everybody that I needed help from, and it took some time to get back on my own two feet,” she said. “I’m not trying to be, like, any spokesperson for recovery or anything like that. I, myself, am just going through it and figuring it out.”

She also got vulnerable about her mental health and struggles with anxiety and depression. She shared on Instagram (via PEOPLE) that, "every day is work when it comes to your mental health and personal battles. not every day is going to be hell and not every day is going to be perfect. i'm still figuring that out."

And it wasn't the first time Noah shared about her mental health battle. "I've struggled with anxiety and depression since I was 10 or 11 years old," Cyrus told James Corden on The Late Late Show in 2019, per PEOPLE. "One of the things that I've always wanted is to use this platform to talk about my mental health and help young adults all around America and everywhere in the world know that they're not alone."

You're an inspiration, Noah!
