No injuries reported at Anchor Hocking kerosene spill Thursday night
LANCASTER − City firefighters responded to a hazardous material spill Thursday around 10:20 p.m. at Anchor Hocking.
There were no injuries in the incident at 1115 W. Fifth Ave.
Assistant city fire chief Slade Schultz said about 150 gallons of kerosene overflowed a containment system and into a storm drain.
Officials contacted the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, the city storm water department and the Fairfield County Emergency Management Agency.
