Nicole Scherzinger Shows Off Long Legs in Satin Gown

Nicole Scherzinger dressed to the nines while attending the 2024 Olivier Awards where she won the award for Best Actress in a Musical for Sunset Boulevard.

The 45-year-old arrived at the awards show in a black gown with thin straps that cinched at the waist, flowing out in a long skirt with a sultry slit on one side.

She continued the monochromatic look with matching black heels, dangling silver earrings and a long silver necklace, while her hair was done up in a long braid.

During the awards ceremony, which was hosted by Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham, Scherzinger took home her first Olivier Award for her performance as Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard. She was previously nominated in 2015 after she made her West End debut in Cats.

She said in her emotional speech, "As a little girl from Hawaii and then growing up in Kentucky, coming from really humble beginnings, I always wanted to be a singer and do musicals, and I dreamed of so many roles that I wanted to do."

"And honestly, this role, Norma Desmond… was not one of those roles," she went on, before saying that taking on her role in the musical was "one of the ballsiest and bravest things I’ve ever done."

Although Scherzinger concluded her run in Sunset Boulevard in the West End, she will reprise her role when the musical makes its Broadway debut this year.

While Scherzinger is gaining great acclaim for her stage work now, she initially rose to fame for her singing as a member of the Pussycat Dolls, which debuted as a pop girl group in 2003. She has since had a successful solo career as a singer, while she was also popular as a judge on The X Factor, playing a part in forming the boy group One Direction, and later The Masked Singer.
