NFL World Reacts To What Troy Aikman Said About Jalen Hurts
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are currently leading the Philadelphia Eagles, 31-0, in the second half of Sunday afternoon’s Wild Card playoff game.
It’s been a great day for Tom Brady and the Buccaneers offense, while it’s been a truly ugly day for Jalen Hurts and his Eagles teammates.
Hurts and the Eagles offense have struggled all day, with multiple interceptions being thrown, and little else to show.
Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback turned FOX analyst Troy Aikman has gone off on Hurts and the Eagles offense.
Troy Aikman on Jalen Hurts:
“Those throws, they should be pretty simple completions. They just haven’t been.” #Eagles

Yes, Aikman is a former Cowboys star, but he’s not wrong about Hurts today. The throws just have not been there.
“Jalen Hurts. Not that guy. Bench him,” one fan tweeted.
“He ain’t lying, but Hurts is young,” another fan said.
“Aikman has been valid this game. DeVonta created about 4 yards of separation that needs to be pitch and catch,” one fan wrote.
Aikman is doing his best not to be critical of Hurts. But it's getting tougher and tougher. "Those should be easy throws,'' he said. "But they're not."

Well done Troy Aikman explaining why that Hurts pass looked so bad.

Troy Aikman hasn’t held back how he feels about Jalen Hurts and Nick Sirianni today.

Perhaps Hurts and the Eagles can show some promise in the final quarter-plus, but it’s not looking good right now.
