NFL World Reacts To The T.J. Watt Injury News
NFL starting quarterbacks unfortunately aren’t the only big-time players suffering notable injuries on Sunday afternoon.
After three starting quarterbacks left their respective games with injuries on Sunday afternoon, an elite defensive player has done the same.
Pittsburgh Steelers All-Pro linebacker T.J. Watt has left his team’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Watt appeared to suffer a lower-body injury.
The Steelers have since confirmed that Watt is questionable to return with a groin injury.

Watt, who recently agreed to a blockbuster contract extension with the Steelers, was having a huge first half.
TJ Watt is already credited with 4 tackles, 1 sack, and 1 forced fumble + he drew that false start.

Hopefully the groin injury is nothing serious for Watt, though Steelers fans are understandably worried about their franchise player.
I love TJ Watt…but I think this type of injury was something everyone worried about when he decided not to fully participate in preseason.

The Steelers are coming off a huge Week 1 win over the Buffalo Bills. They’re looking to move to 2-0 on the season with a win over the Raiders on Sunday.
Unfortunately, it looks like they might have to do it without their All-Pro pass rusher in T.J. Watt.
