NFL World Reacts To The Nick Foles Trade Rumors
Trade rumors are once again swirling for one of the NFL’s all-time great journeymen, Nick Foles.
The 32-year-old veteran quarterback is currently heading into his second season with the Chicago Bears. However, it’s possible that the Bears could trade Foles. Chicago signed Andy Dalton in the offseason and selected Justin Fields in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
With Carson Wentz undergoing surgery in Indianapolis, many believe the Colts could make a trade for Foles.
Wentz is expected to miss anywhere from five to 12 weeks. Of course, Foles has experience replacing Wentz behind center, winning a Super Bowl with the Eagles.

Foles has already responded to the trade rumors, too. He said that he wants to have major input in his destination, if a trade happens. However, it appears that the Colts could be an approved destination.
“Frank (Reich) is one of my favorite, if not my favorite, coach of all time,” Foles said of the Colts head coach.
#Bears QB Nick Foles says he's aware of trade talks surrounding him. He wants to have input on a possible destination so he could land in the right situation.
He hasn't spoken to Frank Reich, but says: "Frank is one of my favorite, if not my favorite, coach of all time."

The Colts aren’t the only team being mentioned for Foles. The Jets have also been mentioned as a potential destination for the veteran quarterback.
The #Bears have no reason to pay $6.6 million for Nick Foles to be their third-string QB. The Jets need a veteran backup QB and have plenty of cap space.
Just make the trade already, guys. Makes too much sense.

Foles threw for 1,852 yards, 10 touchdowns and eight interceptions with the Bears last season. He is not expected to play for Chicago this season, as Dalton is the likely starter and Fields is the quarterback of the future.
