NFL World Reacts To JuJu Smith-Schuster Postgame News
JuJu Smith-Schuster made his surprise return to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night.
The Steelers, the No. 7 seed in the AFC, lost to the No. 2 seed Kansas City Chiefs, 42-21, on Sunday evening. It was the likely final game of Ben Roethlisberger’s career.
Pittsburgh didn’t have much to be encouraged by from Sunday night’s loss, though the return of Smith-Schuster was pretty cool.
The Steelers wide receiver said during his postgame that he was initially told his injury recovery would take six months. Smith-Schuster was able to return in three.
JuJu said that it was a 6-month injury and when he was told that, he said he was coming back in 3. Said he was advised not to come back by his agent and mom.

Steelers fans are hoping that Smith-Schuster can be re-signed in the offseason.
“That’s real Steeler mentality, i’m not the biggest juju fan myself but this is what it takes to be a REAL Steeler,” one fan tweeted.
“Extension now. On the spot,” another fan suggested.
“I really hope he continues to rest it and work on it and really make sure it’s healed so he doesn’t re injure his shoulder in the future.. I love him tho,” another fan added.
