The long-awaited Tokyo Olympics are officially underway, and there’s no better way for Team USA to build some chemistry than by trolling Kevin Durant.

On Friday, Team USA decided to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to Durant before the opening ceremony. There’s just one problem: it’s not Durant’s birthday.

Fortunately, a video was taken of the players singing and clapping for Durant. What made it such a funny video was the fact that Durant just stood there with an angry look on his face.

NBA fans can’t stop laughing at Durant’s reaction, as one person tweeted, “Dude takes everything so serious.”

Here’s the video of Team USA singing to Durant:

Team USA didn’t look very sharp in its exhibition matches earlier this month. To be fair though, they’ve dealt with a handful of roster changes due to COVID-19 related issues.

With the pool-play opener just two days away, Team USA head coach Gregg Popovich admit that he’s still figuring out how to navigate through these obstacles.

“I’ve not seen anything like this,” Popovich said, via ESPN.“We’ve gone over lots of scenarios, but we haven’t figured it out yet, that’s for sure.”

Team USA will take on France on Sunday morning. That’ll be a great test for Team USA since France is loaded with NBA players, such as Nicolas Batum, Evan Fournier, Rudy Gobert and Frank Ntilikina.
