Two were injured in a shooting outside of Myrtle Beach, SC. What is currently known

Two people were sent to the hospital after an early morning shooting outside Myrtle Beach, Horry County Police officials said.

The shooting happened Sunday morning around 1:52 a.m. along Lake Arrowhead Road. One person was critically injured, and the other had injuries that were not life-threatening. Both were taken to the hospital by personal vehicles before first responders arrived at the scene.

Horry County Police are investigating the shooting.
